Dawn was great in assisting me with the selling of my condo. It was the first time I had been through selling a home. She was very informative and patient with all my questions! She really took the time to explain everything to me. She worked great with my schedule and kept me updated in real time about everything. The pictures came out perfect. The condo sold first day of showing!!

I contacted Dawn because she lives in the same town as me. Great decision! She is, not only, a professional, but somehow seemed like a friend right from the start. She's easy to talk to and called, emailed or texted every time I contacted her with a question or problem. I went back and forth, wanting to sell my house, NOT wanting to sell my house, also complained to her that I couldn't stop crying at one point. Even with that, it just felt like she was always there for me and understood and didn't judge. Call Dawn (and Lynn). They are great to work with.
